Recipe for Sesame Noodles

  1. Start by filling a small pot with water. Once it starts to boil, add the frozen veggies and edamame. Wait for the water to boil again, then add the soba noodles. Follow package instructions for the soba noodles (mine take 3-4 mins to cook).
  2. While the soba noodles are boiling, make your sauce by combining the tahini, soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil in the bowl you plan on serving your noodles in.
  3. Once your noodles are done, drain them (and the frozen mixed veggies) and rinse it hot water. Pour the drained and rinsed noodles into the bowl with the sauce and mix.
  4. Enjoy!

  1. Start by combining the powdered sugar and shredded coconut in a large bowl.
  2. Slowly add the in the coconut milk while mixing until the you get a consistency that is rollable but not sticky.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and cocoa powder.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Take a small piece out of your powdered sugar/coconut dough and roll into a ball that's about 2 cm/1 inch in diameter. Put the ball into the small bowl with the cinnamon and cocoa powder, and roll the ball in the mixture until it is fully coated. Place on the ball on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Repeat the previous step until you've rolled all "dough" in the cinnamon/cocoa powder mixture.
  7. Put the lined baking sheet with the irish potatoes in the fridge. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
